Friday Intake: ABC diet: Goal: 100
Breakfast: One tiny cube of choc-brownie… It was about 1cm x 1cm x 1.5cm. I asked (on Tumblr) how many calories people thought it might be. I got a “30” and a couple of “50’s”. And I freaked out. But then I looked on Myfitnesspal 35g piece is 128cal, and this piece was probaby 5g at the absolute most (it was really tiny), which would be 20 cal. So that’s what i’m counting… (20)
Lunch: Protein shake (at half strength, with water) (49)
Dinner: I was forced to eat. Flipping mother. I only had 23 calories left. I had about 7 spoons of Pumpkin soup, and about 10-15 dried broad beans. I don’t know how many calories are in either, but I certainly went over my last 23. I spent all evening wanting to purge, but managed to resist the urge. Hopefully my walk during the day will have counted the majority of my calories that were over the limit. (???)
Excercise: About a 23 minute walk, carrying a 15kg box.
General: 1.5 litres of water with vitamin powder added (8)
The Verdict: Not a good day, but, not too bad either. Plus, I don’t feel like killing myself for the either, which is always a good feeling not to have. While it lasts.
PLEASE HELP!!! How many calories??
I ate one tiny cube of choc-brownie. It was about 1cm x 1cm x 1.5cm. I need to add it into my calorie count for the day.
Does anybody have any idea how many calories would be in that??? I can’t work it out??
